3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.
Any applicable taxes or duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

X-Shape Stand is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs.
These charges are determined by your local customs office.

6. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees for reshipment.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • We will assist with filing a claim with the carrier or arranging a replacement when applicable.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes (depending on carrier)

  • Countries currently restricted due to shipping limitations or international regulations
